We need a file transfer option or something

I have MW installed but havent played it in forever, but wanted to play Warzone so did the download and after a full shit ton of gigs downloaded Im all set to go, however since I dont really play MW anymore Id love to just have the Warzone option and not have to switch discs around
But I cant just put the Warzone application and access it thru that without a disc because Id have to uninstall CoD and reinstall the full thing again because you cant tranfer the same files over for some reason.....
