Can I transfer my saves and achievements that came from The Witcher 3 standard PS4 disc on to The Witcher 3 standard digital version of the game?

If so how? Both are UK region. I heard you can’t transfer saves from standard to GOTY as PS4 views as 2 different products.
Bonus question- if this all works - then if I buy DLC separately will it all sync the same way as well?
