Bought a game but It's not showing or downloding

Hey guys , ps4 noob here. I just bought Overwatch on ps4 and the purchase was completed. The game didn't start downloading and its not showing in my library. When i search the game in the store it shows as if I didn't buy it. When i check my transactions through PC it shows that overwatch has been purchased. Pls help
Edit : I tried contacting PS support but those fucking retards cant be reached at all.
