I recently got into gaming more seriously. I've always played video games as a kid (although more along the lines of Gameboy and PS2), but until this last year I played them on a more casual basis. I actually started getting into it more seriously on an Xbox 360 I had borrowed from a friend. I started playing Skyrim and Borderlands 2, both which I really enjoyed.
I ended up buying a PS4 and I started playing my first online co-op game, Dead by Daylight. I've been really into it, I actually bought my first headset. I plan to purchase the game just because I've already put so much time into it, and I plan to continue doing so. So, I want to have a collection of games you can sink a lot of time into, that are more worth buying than just renting.
I know one game on my list I want to buy is No Mans Sky. I've heard is has a pretty endless gameplay. I'm open to suggestions on others, as I don't have a very particular style of games I only like to play, although I am a fan for horror. If it's a more expensive game, I will probably rent it if I can first to make sure I actually enjoy playing it. I know there's some games that will still be too difficult for me, so I'm not trying to tackle anything with too difficult of controls until I get more experience under my belt.
