Ps4 No longer reading discs

So I purchased Watch dogs 2 today and after trying to install it (which didn't work) I tried to play a different game and now all on my discs say unrecognized disc. I did the rebuild the database that an old post suggested but nothing worked, is there any other way to fix it?
