How to hide a game icon or make it only viewable to certain accounts(1)

So I have to share my PS4 with a child, I'd love to play my GTA with my friends but I have the fear I won't be able to due to a pissy siblings whines. I know about restrictions and blocking on his account, but the only way I would be able to play is by actually HIDING the icon itself, or even better, Limiting it's view-ability to my own account only! I'm really ready to try anything, just any method that will make the game icon disappear from the default display view, or make it only viewable by my( locked) account.
