The order no longer lists the platinum headset in the order title. And I have not received any sort of email explaining the mistake. This is crazy. I mean, I understand this deal might have been too good to be true, but this seems kinda shitty.
What should we do? Do we try and get compensated when we go to pick it up and find that it doesn't come with what was advertised, and what we payed for?
EDIT: Cancellation emails being sent out. Looks like it was a mistake and they are just cancelling everyone's orders. Case closed.
so a total of 7 calls nice in all of them and hung up on first 6, and finally on the 7th was offered 5 dollars
In fact called 3 times and 1st....was told nothing they can do, and the 2nd and 3rd times they hung up on me

Please let me know if anyone is getting them to do something for this. i seen one got 10 bucks but that really doesnt help much, is there nothing else we can do?

Well I just got off the phone with corporate and they claim they have no indication whatsoever that this was a mistake and that as far as they can tell the headsets coming with the bundle if it doesn't that's my plan too is to get them to give me credit towards the headset
This is complete Bait and Switch, I have my original invoice showing the headset im gonna make them honor it
what number did you call, i am so upset by this....This was about the only way i was gonna be able to afford the headset.
I did too but when I went and looked my order was cancled

hopefully they do something to make it right, would like a little more than 10 bucks, but oh well, like maybe 50% off the headset
or we wont get anything....hahaha
