Was playing firewatch and while loading day 77, the game froze. I closed the app, and restarted it, and was stuck as the next day (77) would not load, and an event thats supposed to trigger a conversation and lead to the next day wasn't triggering.

I thought my save was done for. I basically walked back to the tower. Then I copied my save, and loaded the second save. Then I went back to the area where the event was supposed to trigger, and lo, it did trigger!

Basically i think that going to autosave point (like the cave), and then restarting the game did the trick. Not sure though. Just thought others might want to try something like this.
