I was able to get on earlier but now when I try I can get on but it says I don't have PS+?

So earlier this afternoon I was able to get on Ghosts and play a few matches. Well I just got home and went to play Ghosts and look up some stuff in the store annnnd it's saying I don't have PS which I know isn't right because I got my ps4 launch day amd bought 2 years right away
Anyone else having this issue? I also can't access the store right now. But the Internet connection test passes psn sign in
