Cant upload screenshots, weird glitch/error

Everytime I try to upload screen shot, I dont get an error message, but every screenshot is faded and there is a call out box that says "cannot select another screenshot". Under the call out it also says 0/0. Anyone else encounter this? Anyone know a fix? Its a weird glitch and ive had it for a while now, very annoying.
