Some questions about account sharing...

Apologies if this has been asked and answered before but I just had a few questions: Can one account only be a master for one ps4? As in ps can only be used on one ps4 for one account? Can purchases be shared across ps4s? As in purchases on a sub account which is a master account on another ps4 be downloaded? And can ps plus downloads be shared by making a sub account? Thanks!
