How do you buy a Final Fantasy Realm Reborn subscription on PS4?

I dont have my PS4 with me at the moment, but I downloaded the client for free, and then before even a title screen it said I needed to subscribe to be able to play. Now when I go to the PSN Store it says the game is purchased for PS4, but there is no place to buy a subscription. What am I missing here?
