Will we be seeing diablo 3 cutscene level gameplay graphics in this gen?

My brother was playing diablo 3, and the cutscenes look amazing. And honestly I was hoping for those kind of graphics on the ps4. Second Son looks amazing and all that, but it's nothing like quality of the cutscenes. So since we have only seen practically launch games only so far, is it a possibility that we will see such quality in the graphics? Or what is the absolute peak we can expect this gen?
