[PS4] DMR and Handgun unlock downloaded and installed but nothing is unlocked.

Premium member here. Logged in on my PC at work and added second assault and the two unlocks to my cart. After I purchased for them for $0, I selected download to my PS4. Second assault installed fine and is available, but the two weapon unlocks that were released today did not unlock anything. I've tried re-downloading and the PlayStation store shows them as 'playable'. Anyone else have a the same problem and have hopefully figured out a solution?
