CECHA01 pricing question

I have one that I'm going to be placing on FB marketplace with 7 random games, original 6axis controller, and there is a 500GB hdd in it. Was just looking to find out what I should list it at. Thanks for any advice.
Getting rid of it because I'm moving back to MA from WA and would prefer less things to move.
I didn't see any rules against this kind of post, but I'm sure I could've missed it if there is one.
