How to take a screenshot on the ps3 using a ps4 controller?

So I broke my ps3 controller a while back and I'm using my ps4 controller, and I found a scene in game that would make for a good background. I was wondering if there is any way I could take a screenshot of it using my ps4 controller.
I know how to take one using the ps3 controller, you hold the ps button and start. But I don't know what the ps button is. Because if I press it, it will turn on my ps4
