BO2 Season Pass, PLEASE HELP

Hello, I recently was hit by nostalgia and bought black ops 2 and a ps3. The ps3 works great, and I am aware that as of October 2020 you can't buy things on ps3 from the store or app anymore. I instead went on Sony's website and bought the season pass so I could play Buried and MOTD again, but when I look at my download list on the ps3 and hit download, it says it completed downloading but still says I have to download it. It's 100KB and I purchased it today hoping I could redeem it. Sony is being flooded with ps5 shit so they're too busy to help, could someone offer a solution please?
