Does anyone know if the Dishonored DLC is store region locked?

I know for most games it is, but I've had some games where the DLC worked for all region games. Wondering if any one knows for sure? I have a Europe edition game and was thinking if getting the DLC from the US store as it's cheaper for me... Edit: never mind guys, apparently it is region locked...
