What do you guys think World Domination will do to Cobalt?

So, as most of you know, the World Domination Pre-Series is coming up on Monday, for 5 whole weeks. I was wondering what you guys think is going to happen on Cobalt.

Personally I'm afraid that 4th Factioners will go TR, due to the slight pop advantage we currently have, and from there the effects will snowball. Perhaps not. Maybe VS will get an early lead and the 4th faction rolls VS and keeps them in power. I'm just worried that this will upset one of the more balanced servers in the game.
