Should I repot? Should I separate the pups? How is she doing?

Post Body

I was given a juvenile Pilea in June 2019, and I'm happy to say that she has done well! I have passed on two pups to friends. Now, however, she's a bit leggy, but she has pups in the same planter. I'm thinking of just keeping the pups in there with her, but I don't know if the pot is large enough.

Thoughts? Is she happy? Should I separate? Should I put the family in a larger pot? Is she (and the pups) healthy? The light is on for 12 hours a day - bought on Amazon. :)
