Looking for ideas to increase show up rate. I have a client that's an online language teacher. We are running ads to get people to show up to a free demo class. They get a free 45 minute class that helps them get started in learning Spanish or English (depending which class they signed up for). From there she is obviously hoping to turn them into paying students. The problem is we are getting tons of no shows to the free demo class. We helped her with a SMS and email follow up script and she has just started implementing that. But wondering if anyone has any other ideas to increase show up rates? One idea is a paid deposit but I just feel that no one is going to pay a deposit for these demo classes, especially from a completely unknown business.
