Hi guys, seeing if anyone has any advice. We are generating leads for our clients using FB/IG ads but the booking rate is super low. So even though on paper the results look good, the clients aren't making a good ROI. I am wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if you have any ideas on how to increase booking rates.

We're calling and texting the leads 99% of them don't answer the phone. We leave voicemails and text them too and they rarely text back or get back with the clients. Just seeing if anyone has any ideas about how we can improve this.
