Does Facebook LAL constantly updates?

I run an online florist shop and my target audience was different in Jan (Lunar New Year), which consist mostly of older folks while right now, I am targeting younger folks around age 20-40 for Valentine's Day. Noted that FB LAL audience takes into account pixel activities from past 30 days. Will my pixel data be diluted? Or will it be updated if my recent audiences surpass the old ones?
