Is There A Holistic Tool or System For PPC Management

Post Body

Quick backstory. I work for a smaller digital advertising agency that focuses on certain verticals. I manage about $500K in Google/Bing per month and we probably run close to another $100K in third-party display.

The issue I have is the patchwork system of tools and systems used to get the job done. We don't use a CRM. We run Acquisio for reporting. Orders are entered in via spreadsheet with a Zapier hook into Trello, our project management tool. Orders can also come in via a web form that also dumps into Trello.

We use an assortment of Google Sheets to track budgets/work but they seem to always be changing and being redesigned and are generally not kept up to date.

An example of a problem I face. Last month employee M made a change to an account as a client request. This month I am making changes on the account and adjust his work from the previous month as I have no indication that he made a change or why he made a change.

Has anyone developed a whole solution from managing orders coming in, to client notes, to project management, to tracking PPC budgets, to communicating confirmations to clients, and so on and so forth?

Salesforce.com and their marketing tool? Something else?

tldr: I am using too many tools that do not work well together and our process has become inefficient.
