Looking for a Wordpress form plugin that maintains pasted formatting on submission

I work for a digital agency and our account managers submit new orders and change orders via a Wordpress form. The one we use now (Elite Forms) does not maintain the integrity of any formatting when they paste something from Word/Excel/Sheets/etc.
This causes all entries to come through as long strings of text that need to be interpreted by someone in PPC. I am not having luck finding a plugin that does allow for formatting to be maintained.
