How to make an ad open on a specific part of the landing page?

The service I’m planning to run ads for is very broad. So I’m creating 20 ad groups for one of the service. The landing page will be the one but it will have various sections within the niche.
To improve ad rank, quality score & landing page experience, Is it possible to make the ad open to a specific part of the landing page instead of just starting from the top?
Google doesn’t seem to help much or I don’t know where to look.
