Eliminate my ad to mobile devices - how?

My landing site is not mobile-friendly, and since almost 50% of clicks are from phones, it's best to eliminate my ad to display to them. The problem is I need help figuring out how. As a last option, I decreased my bid to mobile device impressions by 90%. Thoughts?
