Everything just feels so right. You’re exactly where you need to be.

And as the fire continues to burn, the flames aren’t rising quite as high.

Almost like they're starting to droop.

The firewood burns away into ash, and you realize that eventually it'll run out.

And when it does you'll fall asleep, just like everyone else has…

... Feel the warmth from the fire start to caress every body part — soothing you… loosening your muscles… preparing you to fall into a deep sleep.

Imagine the flames heating up your feet and toes from a safe distance, and feel a calming warmth flowing into them.

And then allow that sensation to spread upward...
