Echidnas construct sprawling dungeons, filled with (non-lethal) traps and invite other species of monstergirls to populate it. Then they spread rumors in human society, claiming that great rewards and treasures lie at the bottom of the dungeon. Human adventurers and dungeoneers flock to the area, seeking to find fortune and glory...
If a human man can make it all the way to the bottom, then he alone is worthy of being her mate. He alone deserves the honor of mating with an Echidna. Most of the adventurers fail at the first floor, ill-prepared for the realities of dungeon raids.
No one has ever made it down to the Echidna, until now.
