Just a question out of curiosity.
As far I can tell from my google detective work, a good balance of potassium to sodium should be around 1:1. Many POTS electrolytes supplements (LMNT, Vitassium) have a ratio of 1:5. I understand that some of us are advised to increase our salt intake, but wouldn't it follow that we also need to increase our potassium intake? Is there anyone that knows why the supplements are made with that ratio?
Edit: Edited to say that some of us are advised to increase our salt intake, and not that we have to.
