I usually have a low heart rate 41 bpm while sleeping, 110 max while walking And 120 is the max while weight lifting. Resting hr is 55-78
I just took a walk and I was quite anxious but I push that on my agoraphobia. I walk twice a day for a total of 4 hours so nothing new to me or my body but my heart rate just spiked to 196 bpm for approximately 1 minute and came right down. What the hell? I did not walk up a hill or change my pace in anyway. I have never seen my hr like this ever. The highest my heart rate got during the past 8 months was when I was running last week (140-150)
I am so confused and scared right now 🥺 how high does your hr spike and has this ever happened to anyone else
