There is light at the end of the tunnel
Post Body

After suffering with black outs. I’ve finally started to get better. As a physiotherapist I have been able to self manage most of my symptoms.

Here are a few tips that worked for me

  1. Try add salt to your diet
  2. Try reduce stress as much as possible
  3. Try exercise (recumbent bike) even if it’s just 5 minutes. I used to get really lightheaded so I’d listen to my body and stop but I’ve gradually built up my tolerance.
  4. Ensure you’re getting good quality sleep
  5. To help with sleep try supplementing with a magnesium supplement (avoid magnesium oxide)
  6. Ensure you’re drinking enough fluids to increase the amount of blood in your body.
  7. Limit big meals that are carbohydrate rich.

I hope this helps and praying for all of you 🙏🏼
