I’ve been becoming increasingly ill over the past years and more so over the past months with a variety of different symptoms (please see my other post) resulting in me stepping back from a full time position into part time work for 3 days per week since the start of the year.
One of the things being considered is POTS. I have conducted 2 separate standing tests on 2 separate occasions to compare results and would like your thoughts please.
DISCLAIMER: I am aware nobody here can officially diagnose me and that these tests were conducted by myself at home so are not 100% reliable and/or accurate. I am also aware that not all of these results fall strictly under the criteria for POTS.
Here are my results:
POTS test 1 (day off work) using pulse oximeter.
Heart rate after resting (lying down): 67
Heart rate after standing for 2 minutes: 76
Heart rate after standing for 4 minutes: 83
Heart rate after standing for 6 minutes: 80
Heart rate after standing for 8 minutes: 82
Heart rate after standing for 10 minutes: 82

Heart rate after resting (lying down): 67 Blood pressure after resting (lying down): 132/78
Heart rate after standing for 2 minutes: 91
Heart rate after standing for 4 minutes: 92
Heart rate after standing for 6 minutes: 86 Blood pressure after standing for 6 minutes: 128/83
Heart rate after standing for 8 minutes: 96
