Advice on lowering HR?

I’m having a bad POTS day 😠My HR has been high all day, higher than normal, and I’ve just felt so tired and weak. I’m not even 30 but I feel like there are people 60 years who can do more than I can on days like this. I’ve worked on my salt and fluids today, I’ve chilled as much as possible…what else do y’all do on the hard days to get your HR down? Anything?
