Struggling to follow doctor's orders because my symptoms "aren't that bad"
Post Body

My biggest symptom that I notice is a high heart rate. I'm on a beta blocker which has brought my average resting rate to 99bpm. Other than feeling nauseous when I do too many physical things, I don't feel symptomatic most of the time. Other than tired? But I don't know what my fatigue is caused by.

I don't feel motivated to make lasting lifestyle changes because to me my POTS "isn't bad enough." I use edibles, and I know my heart rate gets really fast when I'm high, but I don't know if that's going to hurt me on it's own either.

Just looking for advice, maybe encouragement or if anyone feels similarly.
