Post Body

I got Covid about 4-5 months ago. It started with chills, then feverish symptoms and extreme body aches, felt like I got my ass kicked by a group of guys. Lasted for about 2 weeks then tapered off.

Now when I get pois it’s like a milder version of Covid, I only had inflammation in my head, heavy limbs, annoyed by loud noises and inability to concentrate but now I get chills and body aches too. I did an experiment where I didn’t PMO for 4 days then I PMO’d three times in one day and ended up getting the chills, vomiting and then some hard core body pain and inflammation in my head/brain. My body also has a hard time digesting foods, especially protein rich stuff and I completely lose my appetite. It’s absolutely brutal to the point where I’m stupid if I don’t abstain.
