Hi friends, I hope you are all doing as well as possible during this holiday season.

My name is Nick, and I am in recovery of my OCD. Much like many of you, I have been in the darkest spots of my life thanks to my battle with OCD, specifically POCD.

Fortunately, I have been able to find a path to recovery, and have made it my mission to help others who are struggling. I want you all to know that there is hope, and that you are not alone.

A but of shameless promotion, but I have started a blog called the “OCD Journey Blog”. I talk about my experiences in full detail in hopes of helping others see that they are not the only ones having these thoughts. I’d love to have you join me on this journey as we grow this community to an even larger and stronger group.
