Non-intense hike with snow-covered trees

I'm relatively new to Seattle and hiking and I'm looking for a hike near the I-90 corridor that has snow-covered trees and isn't terribly intense (Mailbox would be intense, for example). Also one with a relatively low avalanche risk. I have microspikes.
Does anyone have recommendations?
