Weird muscle tenses

I(m30) was diagnosed right before Xmas 2022, at the beginning I was having seizures about every three days. Still haven’t seen a neurologist about it because of insurance issues. But I get weird muscle tenses and spasms in my back literally every day that I’ve had a seizure. I’ve been told that their stress pains in my back which is what triggers is for me. Is this common with others?
