Hi 👋 wondering if anyone has ever had a poor reaction to certain popular supplements? Sounds crazy but I tried:
- Magnesium
- Pineapple Bromelain
And honestly they made my nerve pain and aches worse, resulting in poor sleep. I suffer from heel pain/plantar fasciitis as well as nerve pain up and down one side at any given time from arms right down to feet and toes!, back to feet is worse - been note sciatica but who knows. Everything feels way worse the days before and during period, but the above supplements were a disaster for me. Wondering if anyone else found this?
Any foot/nerve pain tips also welcomed! 🫠♥️
