Sooooo I’m currently on the day after ovulation. I’ve had this happen before but not often. I literally feel like I’m having period cramps and I’m so freaking tired. Like not hard cramps but that general low key mild pain. I have it in my back and where I cramp during my period. I also am on the mini pill so my body changed after starting that a year ago. My period is always the same but it’s like when I do have them it’s super heavy at times and others it’s barely there. It drives me insane. Anyway yeah I feel like today after ovulation or during I’m not sure what I’m on right this second I’m achy and just blah. Does anyone else have this during ovulation. I should also probably mention I have PMDD too.
