Iām working on a series for my IG and website about identifying the signs of PMDD to help others get a proper diagnosis. Signs that help you differentiate between PMS and PMDD.
What symptoms (like suicide ideation, binge eating, etc) affected you and pointed you directly towards PMDD being the culprit?
