So tired of my PMDD

I was only recently diagnosed, but I’ve been dealing with PMDD for years. Ever since I started birth control though it has been a million times worse and I’ve begun to have extreme anxiety as my period approaches. The suicidal thoughts, depression, and uncontrolled anger towards my incredible boyfriend is tiring. Just hoping my new BC (Yasmin) starts helping soon.
