I have started taking pumpkin seeds and flax seeds in the follicular stage of my cycle and Sesame Seeds and Sunflower seeds in the Luteal phase. My moods have been so much better, breast pain basically gone after 3 months of doing it, and cramps certainly reduced. My skin is also looking good most of the cycle now rather than just around ovulation. Just wondering if anyone has any other foods they add in to their cycle that they have noticed works better in one half of the cycle than the other?
Do you eat the seeds by themselves or put it in yogurt?
