Anyone ever get the sudden urge during hell week to quit your job, move to a new place and start over?

Every time during hell week I feel so depressed like I'm a failure, even though I hold a steady job that I like when I'm not PMDD-ing. So weird, I just feel so unhappy during this time and it is when I make my most impulsive decisions cause I'm looking for a rush of dopamine that gives me that light at the end of the tunnel feeling. Just wondering if anyone else feels the same.

I have the mentality that "debt will be with me forever," so I just do minimum payments and use the rest of the money to be free and do whatever I want. I'm not focused on being debt free. I'm focused on living my life and having experiences, and that has made me much happier. I'm 24, girl, so I can understand where you're coming from. I work as a Flight Attendant so maybe that's something you can do as well!
