Iāve been taking a magnesium supplement for a month now and I actually saw great improvements in my mood. But I always read that āyou crave chocolate because cocoa is magnesium rich. So what your body is actually craving for is magnesium, not chocolateā so I was hoping that my sweet tooth would calm down and it didnāt. I still crave for sweets, especially chocolate and I feel hungry all the time and I canāt stop eating. Does anyone have any theory on why chocolate is a thing for PMS and PMDD sufferers and apparently itās not about the magnesium? It ruins my diet every single month (Iām an athlete).
