I went on a 3 weeks trips. We left just when my period ended and we got back in the middle of my supposed hell week.
I had maybe two days of absolutely normal fatigue and I was just a bit hungrier yesterday, and got my period today. I had zero breast pain, paranoia, I did not cried, I did not wanted to leave my partner, I had no anxiety or depression, nothing. Just regular very mild PMS symptoms. I'm so grateful for this month.
And I drank coffee, coktails, I did not ate very healthy, I stayed up late, I did not religiously took my suplements, I did not exercised very much. But I was in vacation, I was not stressed and I think that's just it. It's so simple yet so not applicable to my daily life.
Just curious if anyone had a similar experience ?
