Post Body

So I found this article and it got me thinking; if our periods are phases and we have a better idea of where we are going to be and what to expect perhaps if we base personal life stuff and responsibilities around it? Is this something anyone uses to manage symptoms? I've had a particularly rough episode this week, so I'm trying to cushion the next cycle.
