Hi; Since I've started periods I've always been told that I'm like a different person.
For the past two years (I am 31 now), I've been trying to be more aware and more educated about my body.
I've already talked to my current primary care physician about my concerns and my issues and I feel like they often get dismissed. I have soft-fired her while I am in the process of getting health insurance (started new job), and finding a doctor that actually listens and is willing to help me.
I have noticed that as soon as I syart getting any semblance of cramps, my depression hits rock bottom. I have always been a depressive, anxious person, but lately within the past year, it's gotten worse by ten fold.
Suicidal ideation regularly, fighting of multiple panic attacks, inability to clean due to no energy. I'm bed ridden 90% of the time when I'm home because I'm so tired and or in so much pain.
Symptoms used to be manageaband I used to be high functioning but now I can't do anything. The worst of it was when I had my period 2 weeks early from the last, and now I'm over a month late.
I feel like I'm losing my mind and I have a long few months ahead of me before I feel I can reasonably tackle this.
Any and all help in what I can do during this would be immensely helpful. If it matters, I use a copper iud.
