It was not until my early 30s I came to terms with my Pmdd that I have been severely struggling with my whole life. I have made a huge effort to improve my health over my life, however pmdd is probably my biggest struggle. I think the severity each month is sort of symbol of how I am doing everything else outside of that window of time. So if I'm not treating myself well, surely it will be awful. Regardless I tend to struggle with migraines somewhere around my period, usually the beginning.
my recent additions to my life to help overall: acupuncture about twice a month supplements: myo-inositol, glandular supplements, b vitamins, vitamin d, medicinal mushroom
I also recently tried IV therapy - they called Brain Booster which consists of taurine, alpha lipoic acid, and b12.
this period no migraine! I did it the week before during my pmdd window. I also wonder if it may have alleviated some of my symptoms.
I want to experiment with timing and see if this continues to happen.
